I'm so depressed I can't take it anymore I just wanna kill myself, I hate myself and I hate everything about me, no one cares. The only thing that makes me feel better is cutting, but now it doesn't hurt me anymore and it just leaves red marks. So I started hitting myself and I have a big bruise in my arm.. now I just wanna go back to cutting so pls tell me some sharp stuff that can make me feel that pain, please i'd do anything to feel it :(

ok, this isn’t really my area but please PLEASE PLEASE don’t cut, or hurt yourself. There is so much help out there for you.instead of focusing on pain, focus on something else, ANYTHING else. turn your pain into determination, use it to push you along. focus on something positive like a sport or when you’re sad distract yourself, go for a run, bake a cake, anything. find things that make you happy! Believe me, people care. i don’t even know you and i care because i don’t want anyone hurting themselves.

HEALTHY Fudge Cups- yes read and believe !!

Calories per serving: 75

Fat per serving: 6g

Melt in your mouth no guilt fudge? Count me in.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Unsalted Smooth Almond Butter
2 Tbsp Hershey’s Special Dark 100% Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Clove Honey
1 tsp Coconut Extract
Instructions

Line 9 mini muffin tins
Melt coconut oil in medium sized bowl
Mix in honey
Add to oil and honey mixture: almond butter and extract
Add one Tablespoon of cacao powder at a time and mix until smooth
Fill liners halfway with mixture (If you want to make ~5 bigger ones fill liners to top (macros will be different)
Place tins in freezer for ~1 hour
ENJOY

Instructions——-
Cut watermelon
Fill two ice cube trays with watermelon
Keep remaining watermelon in fridge
Freeze overnight
Add frozen watermelon to blender and blend slowly, pausing to scrape sides of blender
Add a few slices of fresh watermelon if too frozen
Scoop and enjoy!
